The John Landis horror classic An American Werewolf in London is one of those movies that has been released so many different times it’s hard to even keep track anymore, but Arrow Video has just announced this morning that they’ve whipped up an extra special new physical media release to whet your appetite. This one includes a limited edition statuette!
The limited edition Zavvi Exclusive offering includes the classic horror movie on 4K Ultra HD plus the “Hand Transformation Statuette,” of course based on Rick Baker’s incredible practical effects werewolf transformation in the 1981 movie! Arrow notes that this release is “One for the mega fan – don’t worry, alternative releases will be announced next year.”
The release is coming to both the United Kingdom and United States.
