Yes, Zombie Doctor Strange.
Ahead of the Super Bowl last night, Marvel debuted the new trailer for Sam Raimi‘s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, but there’s also an alternate 30-second TV spot that aired on TV last night and it’s got a couple bits of footage not found in the full trailer…
For starters, this Multiverse of Madness TV spot appears to show us Zombie Doctor Strange and Zombie Scarlet Witch, live-action versions of the Marvel Zombies from the Disney+ animated series “What If?” The characters look almost exactly the same as they did in the animated series, strongly suggesting Raimi’s film will embrace the Marvel Zombies mythology.
We also get a glimpse of another alternate version of Doctor Strange in this TV spot, which looks to be Defender Strange from the comic books. Check out the Super Bowl spot below!

Raimi’s return to the world of Marvel will release in theaters on May 6, 2022.
