The return of “Stranger Things” is just about a month away now, with “Stranger Things 4” premiering on May 27, 2022. The first volume of episodes will hit Netflix on that date, with Volume 2 of the brand new season set to follow on July 1, 2022. While you wait, the official “Stranger Things” YouTube channel seems to be promising *something* special this week…
“It’s almost time,” a new video that went live on the “Stranger Things” YouTube promises, with the “Creel Clock Livestream” video counting down to Tuesday, April 12, 2022.
We don’t know exactly what to expect for tomorrow, but it seems pretty safe to assume that some kind of video footage – perhaps a new trailer? – is on the way this week.
The “Creel Clock” is a reference to brand new character Victor Creel, who will appear in Season 4. And coolest of all, he’s being played by horror icon Robert Englund!
Robert Englund’s “Stranger Things” character Victor Creel is being described as “a disturbed man who is imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for a gruesome murder in the 1950s.”

What we know of Season 4 thus far is that Hopper is still alive, “imprisoned far from home in the snowy wasteland of Kamchatka, where he will face dangers both human…and other.”
“Meanwhile, back in the states, a new horror is beginning to surface, something long buried, something that connects everything….”
“Season 4 is shaping up to be the biggest and most frightening season yet, and we cannot wait for everyone to see more,” the Duffer Brothers had said back in February of last year.
