Trick or Treat Vinyl Soundtrack from Real Gone Music
Rock and roll will never die with Trick or Treat’s original motion picture soundtrack being reissued on vinyl for the first time since its initial release in 1986. Real Gone Music will release it on October 7.
The score is composed by Fastway, the British heavy metal founded by former Motorhead guitarist “Fast” Eddie Clarke and featuring Flogging Molly frontman Dave King on vocals. It’s pressed on “Hellfire” colored vinyl, limited to 2,000.
Stranger Things Prints from Netflix
Butcher Billy created artwork for all nine chapters of Stranger Things’s fourth season, giving retro-inspired designs to some of the most memorable moments — from Max’s “Running Up That Hill” scene to Eddie’s guitar-shredding finale. Netflix made prints of each in two sizes: 18×24 for $20 and 24×36 for $25.
The Running Man Steelbook 4K UHD from Paramount
The Running Man will celebrate its 35th anniversary with a Steelbook 4K Ultra HD release on November 8 via Paramount. No special features are listed, but the film is presented in 4K with HDR-10 and Dolby Vision.
Loosely based on Stephen King’s 1982 novel, the 1987 dystopian action film is directed by Paul Michael Glaser (Starsky and Hutch, Kazaam) and written by Steven E. de Souza (Die Hard, Commando). Arnold Schwarzenegger, María Conchita Alonso, Yaphet Kotto, Richard Dawson, and Jesse Ventura star.
Suspiria Print from Deadly Prey Gallery
Deadly Prey Gallery commissions Ghanaian artists to paint original movie posters in their uniquely outlandish fashion. They’re often not entirely accurate to the plot but are always visually striking. Stoger’s Suspiria artwork embraces the colorful aesthetic and gory death scenes. 14×22 prints are available for $23.
Space Truckers Blu-ray from Scream Factory
Space Truckers is available on Blu-ray via Scream Factory exclusively in the Shout Factory web store. Stuart Gordon (Re-Animator) directs from a script by Ted Mann (NYPD Blue). Dennis Hopper, Stephen Dorff, Debi Mazar, Charles Dance, Barbara Crampton, and George Wendt star.
Limited to 1,500, the 1996 sci-fi adventure costs $26.98. It includes a new interview with Crampton along with archival interviews with Gordon, composer Colin Towns, and art director Simon Lamon.
