Vinegar Syndrome’s annual “Halfway to Black Friday” sale is now live through Memorial Day Weekend, and as always, it’s a HUGE celebration for fans of the label.
The “Halfway to Black Friday” sale is live through Monday at 11:59pm EST, and for starters, you can take advantage by saving 50% off nearly EVERYTHING in Vinegar’s shop.
The cornerstones of the celebration include Paul Verhoeven’s Showgirls on 4K UHD, exclusively restored by VS and featuring a consummate selection of extras.
Ulli Lommel’s notorious horror classic, The Boogeyman makes its worldwide UHD debut, freshly scanned and restored by VS from its 35mm original negative and featuring a fresh slate of interviews along with a heaping helping of archival goodies.
Three weird and nasty Spanish rarities have been freshly scanned and restored by VS and collected in Villages of the Damned: Three Horrors from Spain.
And Lamberto Bava’s grisly A Blade in the Dark makes its world UHD debut, featuring a pristine and exclusive new 4K restoration by Vinegar Syndrome from the original negative.
Additionally, secret Vinegar Syndrome releases have been unveiled for the sale, including brand new Vinegar Syndrome titles Undefeatable and Night Screams.
New titles that have also been released as part of the sale include Ninja in the Claws of the CIA, Boggy Creek II, and Piotr Szulkin’s Apocalypse Tetralogy.
Additionally, brand new limited edition slips and boxes are now available for Hell Comes to Frogtown, Battle for the Lost Planet, Buddies and Fanny Hill.
New merch has also been put up for grabs for the sale this weekend, including t-shirts, posters, pins, and even replica throwing stars based on New York Ninja.
And don’t forget, the sale isn’t just about NEW releases. It’s also about past releases, which have been slashed by upwards of 50%. Now’s the chance to stock up on what you’ve missed!
