Ingeon Games’ turn-based survival game Terminus: Zombie Survivors is still creeping towards that Early Access exit thanks to the latest update, which will arrive for later this week. Arriving June 2, the V0.9.8 “Fuel & Faith Update” builds off of last year’s “Evolution Update”, adding a new car fuel system, expanded locations, a new Pastor occupation for character roles, a food preservation function, an enhanced inventory system, and new sandbox options.
The introduction of a fuel system to Terminus will require players to manage their car’s fuel, which as you’d expect, is a crucial resource for survival. Players will need to strategize their exploration and movement to ensure they don’t run out of fuel at a critical moment. Thankfully, the inclusion of three new locations—Gas Station, Clothing Store, and Church—offer new resources and strategic opportunities. Each location presents unique challenges and rewards, expanding the strategic options available to the player.
As for the new Pastor occupation, the role allows you unique ways to support your fellow survivors. Through prayer and sermons, the Pastor can inspire hope and resilience in the face of the zombie apocalypse.
Resource management is further enhanced with the addition of generators and a food preservation function, while inventory management has been revamped with new bags designed to reduce inventory weight and the addition of new furniture storage options.
Lastly, players will have even more options to tailor their Terminus experience with the “Fuel & Faith Update”. The introduction of new Sandbox options allows players to adjust the number of locations and the quantity of car fuel in the game, further customizing the difficulty and complexity of their survival experience.
Terminus: Zombie Survivors is currently available on Steam.
