Stunlock Studios are keeping the goodies coming for V Rising. While obviously not as exciting as the Castlevania crossover that was released this past May, the latest blog post offers up a preview of the upcoming version 1.1 content slated for V Rising next year. This update will bring additional features and new content to V Rising, including a unique PvP arena feature, a new crafting system, and an unexplored biome for players to conquer.
While the theme of the new biome is being kept under wraps for now, fans can look forward to adventuring into this uncharted region packed with new foes and bosses, not to mention plenty of secrets. Alongside this new biome, version 1.1 will include two exciting PvP options, Dueling and Arenas. These options enable risk-free combat so players can freely experiment with spells, weapons, and team tactics without worrying about equipment durability out in the world or from the safety of their castles.
Meanwhile, the Fusion Forge is a powerful new crafting station that allows players to combine items to enhance and customize their gear, striking a balance between control and unpredictability.
“This update allows us to refine V Rising while staying true to what fans love about the game,” said Jeremy Fielding, Community Manager at Stunlock Studios. “We’re not just building content; we’re giving players the tools they need to unleash their creativity in combat, castle-building, and delving deeper into the Vampire power fantasy.”
V Rising is currently available on PC via Steam and PlayStation 5.
