ugh, so disappointed with my 3rd batch of bone broth!!! my 1st batch was done with a chicken carcass and ended up sort of watery/celery tasting. my 2nd batch was AWESOME and this 3rd batch we just threw away. it was the exact same recipe and bones as the 2nd batch but this time I slow cooked it for 4 days (after hearing someone else’s success) mine just tasted like I was chewing on an old bone. ick.
