The recently-released Aliens: Fireteam Elite will be the next title to arrive on the Xbox Game Pass for PC and console later this month. Developer Cold Iron Studios announced late yesterday that the game will be arriving on Microsoft’s service on December 14th, coinciding with the release of Fireteam Elite‘s Season 2 content on the same day.
According to the announcement, the second season (entitled “Point Defense”) will feature the following free content:
- New game mode: Point Defense
- New feature: Lifetime Stats
- New weapons, attachments, and cosmetics added to the game as Point Defense rewards or at the in-game store
- New challenge cards
Alongside the release of Season 2, the second “Endeavor Pass” downloadable content pack, “The Nostromo Salvage Pack,” will also be made available. The pack, which can be had with the Deluxe Edition of the game, includes over 20 exclusive items, including two Nostromo-themed class kit skin designs and various cosmetics.
In all, the four Endeavor Pass DLCs will be available Individually for $9.99 each, or as part of the Deluxe Edition for $69.99. The Standard Edition of the game is available for $39.99, with an option to upgrade this to the Deluxe Edition.
In addition to the Xbox Series, Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass, Aliens: Fireteam Elite (which we reviewed here) is also available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
