‘Apartment 7A’ – New Images Give Closer Look at the Bramford’s Residents in ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ Prequel

Paramount+ released new images this afternoon from the new psychological thriller Apartment 7A, giving a closer look at the Bramford and its residents in the brand new prequel to the Roman Polanski horror classic Rosemary’s Baby (1968).

Apartment 7A debuts exclusively on Paramount+ on September 27, 2024.

Directed by Relic filmmaker Natalie Erika James, the film stars Julia Garner (Ozark, Wolf Man), Dianne Wiest (Mayor of Kingstown), Jim Sturgess (Across the Universe), and Kevin McNally (Pirates of the Caribbean film series).

Additional supporting cast includes Marli Siu (Anna and the Apocalypse), Andrew Buchan (“Carnival Row”), Rosy McEwen (Blue Jean), and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith (Wonka).

About Apartment 7A: “An ambitious young dancer, Terry Gionoffrio (Julia Garner), dreams of fame and fortune in New York City, but after suffering a devastating injury, an older, wealthy couple (Dianne Wiest and Kevin McNally) welcomes her into their home in the luxury apartment building the Bramford. When fellow resident and influential Broadway producer (Jim Sturgess) offers her another chance at fame, it seems that all her dreams are finally coming true. However, after an evening she can’t fully remember, disturbing circumstances soon have her second-guessing the sacrifices she’s willing to make for her career as she realizes that something evil is living not only in Apartment 7A but in the Bramford itself.”

The psychological thriller is a Paramount+ original movie in association with Paramount Pictures and is based on the novel Rosemary’s Baby by Ira Levin. Directed by James, with a screen story by Skylar James and a script by Natalie Erika James & Christian White and Skylar James, the film is executive produced by Vicki Dee Rock and Alexa Ginsburg and is produced by John Krasinski, Allyson Seeger, p.g.a, Michael Bay, Andrew Form, p.g.a, and Brad Fuller.

The film will also be featured in the Paramount+ Peak Screaming collection that curates a broad and popular lineup of new originals, fan-favorite horror movies and iconic Halloween episodes from beloved series.

Get ready to explore what happened in the infamous Bramford building before Rosemary moved in when the film releases this Halloween season.
