Beyond Fest is just around the corner, which means announcements are underway for another densely packed lineup full of great horror and genre fare. Today brings news that Paramount Players’ Smile will open the festival, and we’ve got an exclusive look at Creepy Duck Design’s Limited Edition poster that attendees of the screenings will receive!
Smile will open 2022 Beyond Fest in Los Angeles on Tuesday, September 27, at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica, California, with 7 pm and 10 pm showings of the film. All attendees at both showings will receive the poster!
Tickets for the screenings are free, and guests can RSVP at americancinematheque.com. RSVP registration open at 12:00pm PT, on Tuesday, September 20.
Creepy Duck Design has been on a hot streak lately with killer art for buzzy horror movies, like Terrifier 2 and V/H/S/99, so you don’t want to miss it.

“After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. Smile also stars Jesse T Usher (“The Boys”), Kal Penn, Rob Morgan (“Stranger Things”), Kyle Gallner (Scream 2022), and Caitlin Stasey (All Cheerleaders Die).
Between the Smile screening and limited edition poster, a month-long celebration of Indian writer/director S.S. Rajamouli, and more, Beyond Fest promises to herald in the Halloween season with a ton of genre fun.
