We’ve been waiting for what seems like years for Airdorf’s third chapter in FAITH: The Unholy Trinity. Thankfully, it looks like we’ll finally get our hands on it very soon.
Airdorf took to Twitter last night to state that Chapter III of FAITH: The Unholy Trinity is “finished”. Well, technically. “As of now you can play FAITH: Chapter III from beginning to end without any (game breaking) bugs,” according to the developer. This is basically complete, but still needs to be polished and tested before being given the ‘OK’ for release.
Even then, there’s still more work to be done. Airdorf says that they will still need time to “stitch together” all three chapters (including the updated Chapters I and II) into FAITH: The Unholy Trinity. That’s on top of the features and extra content going into the game. Not to mention getting FAITH running on Steam Deck and the Nintendo Switch.
As for a release date, Airdorf does tease that it would be “poetry” if the game was released on October 4th, five years after the original release of FAITH. Will it happen? That remains to be seen.
The story for the third chapter of FAITH: The Unholy Trinity will see the young priest from the previous chapters aided by a mysterious stranger as he travels the dark countryside to stop a Satanic cult from summoning a horrifically powerful demon.
Currently, you can still grab the demo for FAITH: Chapter III on Steam. Or, you can play the free version from Airdorf’s itch.io page.

So is it “finished”? It’s not 100% polished and still needs testing but…basically yes?
Thank you very much for your patience. Just a little while longer y’all pic.twitter.com/48BEx4DYyH
