Behaviour Interactive and Dead by Daylight aren’t slowing down when it comes to crossovers. The latest one will see the asymmetrical multiplayer title team up with The Boulet Brothers
for a first-of-its-kind collaboration. Not only will the crossover involve a special challenge in the upcoming sixth season of the Emmy-nominated hit AMC+/Shudder reality competition show The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula, but also some new in-game items for Dead by Daylight inspired by The Boulet Brothers.
“What a thrill to be working with such horror icons as The Boulet Brothers,” states Mathieu Côté, Head of Partnerships for Behaviour Interactive. “Dracmorda and Swanthula are pioneers of drag entertainment and to be featured on The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula has been a huge honor. Both our communities are passionate about horror and representation and we thank them for their continued support.”
“We are thrilled and honored to be joining the Dead By Daylight universe! We feel the DBD brand is a pioneer in the world of horror gaming, and they have always welcomed and encouraged people from all walks of life to be a part of their world,” said the Boulet Brothers. “We can’t wait for players to get the chance to experience the in-game items and we can’t wait for fans to see how Dead by Daylight has been incorporated into The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula show. It’s something we’ve never done before, and it’s game-changing.”
As mentioned, Dead by Daylight has quite the lineup of upcoming crossover collaborations. Not only will Castlevania be coming to the game next week, but Dead by Daylight will see Five Nights at Freddy’s enter the fog next summer.
