With Retroware’s Iron Meat quickly selling out of its physical edition when it launched last month, the developer has given in to popular demand with another physical edition from Strictly Limited Games. This time in the form of the all-new Iron Meat Limited Metal Edition.
As with the original physical release, the Metal Edition will also be for both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5, and will include:
- limited physical edition of Iron Meat (Switch or PS5) with reversible cover art
- a new metal slipcase (Switch or PS5)
- a download code for the Iron Meat Original Soundtrack by Darkman007
- a 40-page manual
Pre-orders for the Metal Edition will be going up “sometime in December” on the Strictly Limited Games website. Did you purchase the game a couple months ago? Not to worry, as the Metal Slipcases are now live for pre-order.
If that all wasn’t enough, there will be a slew of new in-game content in the Iron Meat Limited Metal Edition. Details are being kept quiet for now, but Retroware will reveal those details as we get closer to the Metal Edition’s release.
Iron Meat is out now on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Xbox Series.
