PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can finally enjoy THQ Nordic and Black Forest Games’ Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed: Single Player Edition today, which as the name suggests, removes the multiplayer component. Such is the incentive for snagging the current-gen version of the game, but it’s a small price to pay for those still holding out for a price drop on current-gen systems.
Given that Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed: Single Player Edition is missing the obvious, the game is being sold at a “modest sum” of $29.99 USD (compared to the current-gen version’s $39.99 USD). There’s also the Dressed to Skill Edition available for current-gen consoles and PC for $ 54.99.
There’s no mention of a free upgrade if you decide to move up from Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed: Single Player Edition to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series or Steam version of the game, so make your decision wisely.
In Destroy All Humans! 2, set 10 years after the original game, Cryptosporidium-137 (our “hero” from the first game) is dead, and has been replaced with his clone, Cryptosporidium-138. The KGB have shown up, and see the Furons as a threat to the Soviet Union. They destroy the Furon mothership, and now Crypto is out for revenge.
