Jordan Peele‘s company Monkeypaw Productions has scooped up a new horror movie pitch titled Goat, Deadline reports tonight, which is a sports-themed psychological horror tale.
Zack Akers and Skip Bronkie are writing the script.
Deadline’s report teases, “the story centers on a promising young athlete who is invited to train with a team’s retiring star.” The sport at the center of the film is reportedly football.

Monkeypaw Productions is behind Peele’s films Get Out, Us and the upcoming Nope, as well as Nia DaCosta’s Candyman, “The Twilight Zone” reboot and “Lovecraft Country.”
