Mattel has been having a lot of fun with their long-running Monster High line in recent years, releasing awesome dolls based on The Shining, Stephen King’s IT, and Beetlejuice.
Mattel’s popular line of dolls has been catering to monster kids since 2010, the dolls depicting the daughters of iconic movie monsters like Dracula and Frankenstein. But it wasn’t until recently that Mattel started using the line to create dolls based on characters from modern horror movies, and this Halloween season they’ve turned Greta from Gremlins 2 into one!
The brand tweets this week, “Greta Gremlin is the newest #MonsterHigh Skullector doll, dropping Fri. 10/29 at 9am PST. We’re screaming over her adorable heart-shaped purse, blood-red lipstick, and scary-cute sidekick Gizmo (just don’t feed him after midnight!).”
The doll will be available exclusively through Mattel Creations, selling for $60.
