A whole bunch of new horror is coming to HBO Max in September, most notably the brand new original horror movie from James Wan, the Giallo-inspired Malignant.
And Wan isn’t the only horror master taking over HBO Max on the road to Halloween, as we’ve learned that Sam Raimi’s Evil Dead trilogy is also headed to the service.
New movie Evil Dead Rise, filming now, is expected to be an HBO Max Exclusive. In other words, HBO Max is about to become the official streaming home for The Evil Dead!
