After sharing the “Family House” and “Gas Station” maps earlier in the week, Gun Interactive has now provided us with a sneak peek first look at the playable “Slaughterhouse” map in their upcoming video game based on Tobe Hooper’s The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.
Gun details the space, “This map trades the fields of your average farmhouse and debris littering a gas station backlot in favor of the claustrophobic pens and processing buildings.”
It looks like we’ll be able to revisit all the iconic locations from Tobe Hooper’s horror classic, and there’s no doubt that Gun has captured them all in movie-accurate detail.
Stay tuned for more real soon.
The game will feature classic villains from the movies as well as new family members, and the events of the Chain Saw game will take place *before* Tobe Hooper’s original classic.
Kane Hodder is playing Leatherface, and Ed Neal, who played the Hitchhiker in Tobe Hooper’s original horror classic, will be reprising the role in the upcoming game.
Here’s the plot synopsis: “A group of five young adults led by Ana Flores set out to search for her missing sister. What they found was terror beyond their wildest nightmares.”
Last but not least, we have The Slaughterhouse.
