Magicfish Studio and Maximum Games have finally nailed down a release date for their upcoming top-down PlayStation 4 horror title In Nightmare, complete with new trailer. In addition, the game will also be seeing a PlayStation 5 release on the same day.
The two studios announced that the game will release on March 24th for both consoles. The physical version of the game is up for pre-order now at Maximum Games’ website. Meanwhile, the brand-new trailer showcases some of the unique puzzles that players will be faced with when they aren’t hiding from terrifying creatures.
In Nightmare puts players in the shoes of a young boy experiencing effects of a broken family, and the heartache it brings. Escaping reality into a dark world created from his own memories, this sets him on his journey to uncover what truly lies within. With the help of his dream spirit, the boy will find ways to sneak past enemies, overcome intricate puzzles, embrace his fear, and uncover the truth so that he may be able to purify the monsters he has created, and finally wake up.
