I am not feeling good today. I was sick last night, today I’m tired, sore and achy. This is not a good feeling. I hate not feeling like myself and I’m disappointed that two days into my new workout program that I already have to stop for a bit. I struggle with sometimes staying motivated. Life gets crazy and hectic. I’ll give myself a couple days to feel better then I am getting back into this. Hopefully I’ll be feeling better tomorrow!
