I have TERRIBLE stage anxiety. Today was my violin recital. 1/4 of the way through the song I was so nervous my hands stopped working; I couldn’t pick back up the song so I improvised. Apparently no one could tell I was making it up but I was so upset my legs were shaking and my eyes started to water. I completely broke down after my piece (which was thankfully the last one). So today was pretty bad. #breakdown #badday #ick #anxiety
