It’s been a little quiet around here and truth be told it’s because I’ve been feeling pretty damn yucky. Lost and restless. There’s been some crazy energy swirling round lately and it got the better of me. I even started considering a move down south just to get away. I had an inkling this might just be my Flight censors kicking in so I took a break. I went exploring with this muppet. Had a social media siesta. I called friends for long chats and lots of tea. Got into nature, PLAYED. Meditated (a lot). Asked myself some big questions. Sat by the water with my love and just let myself feel crappy without assigning too much importance to it. And voilà… It’s gone. Turns out – I just reeeeally needed a holiday (which I have now booked). I needed to tweak a few things in my lifestyle, biz and bod. A lot of the time you just need to take a little step back and see the forest away from the trees. Ahhh grace, ease and flow. Delicious.
