Fred Hechinger, who is unbelievably good in HBO Max’s “White Lotus”, will co-star in Marvel’s next dark Spider-Man spinoff, Kraven the Hunter, reports Deadline.
He will bring the Marvel villain Chameleon to life, a character that is the brother of the title character, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Avengers: Age of Ultron).
J.C. Chandor (A Most Violent Year) is on board to direct Sony’sKraven the Hunter movie, which also stars Russell Crowe, who is rumored to play another one of Kraven’s family members.
Chameleon, the character is the half-brother of Kraven and is usually depicted as a master of disguises, known for his ability to impersonate virtually anybody, notes the site.
The film, which follows Venom, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and the forthcoming Morbius, will be released theatrically on January 13, 2023.
