After a bit of a delay from its original July 19th release date, Puppet Combo has finally unleashed Roope Tamminen‘s Lakeview Cabin Collection onto PlayStation and Xbox consoles. No word yet on the Nintendo Switch version.
The sequel to the 2013 Flash game, the Lakeview Cabin Collection asks you a simple question: What would you do if you found yourself in a slasher film? Players take control of characters in one of four highly replayable scenarios in this anthology of horror flicks that “harken back to the halcyon days of gory classics.” Survive a few nights at a lakeside camp. Escape from a clan of cannibals. Summon a powerful entity to protect the neighborhood from a killer. Stop the spread of an alien infection. Each one twists the free-form sandbox puzzle gameplay in new directions, ensuring that you never feel safe.
You’ll be thrown right into the deep end with nothing but four protagonists, a collection of items, and your knowledge of horror plots. Experiment with everything you can find while avoiding the deadly antagonists. Test your wits by exploring, setting up traps, and taking the fight to the killers.
Lakeview Cabin Collection was originally released on PC via Steam back in 2015.
