If you’re not waiting on Capcom’s upcoming VR version of Resident Evil 4, then you’re probably waiting on that still-not-announced but very-much-in-development remake of RE4. And if some eagle-eyed fans are correct, Capcom has begun teasing its announcement.
Twitter users such as Jawmuncher noticed a little something during the recent PlayStation Showcase where Sony had their new “Play has no Limits” ad (which you can see below). At 1:33, you can see two conspicuous symbols on the wall. One is a skull, the other looks very similar to the Los Illuminados symbol from RE4.
Once again, it’s not a definitive answer that Capcom are working on the remake (even though evidence points to the contrary), but it does add speculation as to when Capcom will finally announce the remake.
Meanwhile, Resident Evil 4 VR, is currently in development exclusively for the Oculus Quest 2.
