‘Livescreamers’ Now Available on Blu-ray and VOD; ‘Stay Alive’ for the Social Media Generation!

After earning rave reviews on the festival scene from many including Bloody Disgusting’s Meagan Navarro and Matt Donato, gaming horror movie Livescreamers was released today.

Michelle Iannantuono’s Livescreamers is now available on Blu-ray and VOD outlets.

This timely take on screenlife found footage follows an ensemble of video gamers led by Michael Smallwood (Halloween Kills, The Righteous Gemstones), Christopher Trindade (Worst Laid Plans), and Ryan LaPlante (Holy Hell). After taking home the George A. Romero Fellowship at Salem Horror, and touring festivals including Panic Fest, Unnamed Footage, and Nevermore, the film currently sits at a fresh 89% on Rotten Tomatoes.

In Livescreamers, a group of content creators are pitted against each other by a gruesome video game with lethal stakes.

In addition to taking audiences on a thrilling ride, the horror film tackles issues of parasocial relationships, corporate greed, and the crushing unsustainability of online creation.

A Region Free Blu-ray is available directly from Octopunk Media’s store page, as well as Amazon. The Blu-ray features a cast and crew commentary track, a gag reel, and a feature-length behind the scenes documentary entitled Boundary Breakers. You can catch up on the first film in the series, Livescream, for free on Octopunk Media’s Youtube channel, or it can be purchased in a discounted Blu-ray combo with Livescreamers on The Octopunk Store!

Livescreamers is also available on VOD for rental and purchase at the following:
