Netflix has a way of dropping new movies and shows with very little marketing, which has made it quite difficult to keep up with their latest horror releases. For example, we’ve just learned that Egyptian shark attack movie Mako swam onto Netflix this past holiday season?!
We hadn’t heard a peep about this one, and we have to thank Avery Guerra for bringing it to our attention. Mako is now streaming on Netflix, and you’ll find the official trailer below.
Note: The trailer doesn’t feature subtitles, but the movie is subtitled on Netflix.
In Mako, inspired by the true story of the Salem Express, “Visiting the site of a sunken passenger ship, eight divers face a terrifying threat beneath the surface of the Red Sea.”
Mohamed Hesham El-Rashidy directed the shark attack horror movie.
