Bloody Disgusting’s podcast network, Bloody FM, is happy to announce another addition to the network – Murder Made Fiction.
Each episode, hosts Joe Lipsett and Jenn Adams explore a real life killer and the movies inspired by their horrific crimes. From Jeffrey Dahmer, Ed Gein, and Jack the Ripper to the horrific tragedies at Jonestown and Waco, they’ll research these upsetting true crime topics then explore fictionalized accounts in novels, documentaries, film, and TV.
“We’re both passionate about true crime adaptations and fascinated by anything that begins with “based on a true story.” We can’t wait to dig into movies like Psycho, The Sacrament, and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre to discuss how real life events have been translated to the screen.”
No strangers to the Bloody Disgusting podcast family, Jenn co-hosts both The Losers Club and The Lady Killers while Joe is a founding co-host of the long-running Horror Queers podcast. Together they’ll tackle horror from a different lens – the disturbing true stories behind some of the genre’s most terrifying tales.
