Can you remember the exact moment you fell in love with movies?
Steven Spielberg’s horror classic Jaws is prominently featured in the first marketing materials for Netflix‘s documentary series “VOIR,” which comes from David Fincher and David Prior.
“VOIR” is described as a “collection of visual essays for the love of cinema,” and six episodes of the documentary series will be available to Netflix subscribers on December 6, 2021.
Netflix previews, “VOIR is a series of visual essays celebrating Cinema and the personal connection we each have to the stories we see on the big screen. From intimate personal histories to insights on character and craft, each episode reminds us why Cinema holds a special place in our lives.”
You can watch the trailer below, which features classic horror films including Jaws, Rosemary’s Baby, Alien, and The Shining. Horror sure isn’t being left behind, which is great to see.
The Campfire Studio Productions series features visual essays told by Walter Chaw, Drew McWeeny, Taylor Ramos, Sasha Stone, and Tony Zhou.
