OCP, er, Teyon and publisher Nacon have announced pre-orders for RoboCop: Rogue City, which is currently set for release next month. In addition to the regular edition of Rogue City, there will also be a Deluxe Edition referred to as the Alex Murphy Edition, which will include 48-hour Early Access for the game ahead of its launch.
On top of the Early Access, the Deluxe Edition will include a battle-damaged alternative skin for RoboCop reminiscent of the armor at the end of the first film, the Auto-9 prototype handgun skin and the OCP shotgun secondary weapon, as well as a digital artbook.
If that’s not enough, if you pre-order the game on either PC or console, you can also get the Vanguard Pack. That includes RoboCop’s blue-tinged armor from RoboCop 2, as well as a pitch-black version of the Auto-9.
Rogue City will take place between RoboCop 2 and RoboCop 3, and sees RoboCop (played once again by Peter Weller) investigating a series of crimes in Detroit, along with a new enemy is threatening the public order. Your investigation leads you right into the heart of a shadowy project, where RoboCop will need to utilize his skills in police work to track clues and interview/interrogate Detroit’s citizens for answers.
RoboCop: Rogue City is currently slated for release for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on November 2nd.
