Originally released last year for PC on Steam, developer Red Marty Entertainment’s point-and-click psychological horror game Saint Kotar will be making the jump to consoles this Fall. The SOEDESCO-published title will launch for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on October 14.
In Saint Kotar, players take control of Benedek and Nikolay, two men of God who must search for a missing relative in an ancient rural town of Sveti Kotar. Complicating matters is the fact that the town has bee plagued by macabre murders and strange phenomena, which are allegedly related to occult rituals of devil worship and witchcraft. In fact, their relative seems to be involved in the murders and the occult, but there must be more to the truth than initial appearances.
Set against hand-painted graphics and fully-voiced narration, Saint Kotar features branching stories that lead to multiple endings. Players will have to alternate between Benedek and Nikolay, which affects both of their stories and the fate of other characters. You’ll also have to complete side tasks to uncover more clues as to the truth behind what’s going on in the town, along with your relative’s involvement.
