After a successful launch of The Keeper’s Diary: A Biohazard Story, director Andrew Saullo has another treat in store for Resident Evil fans with another cast reunion video. This time, however, he’s upped the ante.
Originally reuniting portions of the cast from the live-action cutscenes from the original Resident Evil a few years back, Saullo dropped the news via the Residence of Evil X account that a second cast reunion video would be on the way for July 30th. Charlie Kraslavsky, Greg Smith and Eric Pirius (who played Chris Redfield, Barry Burton and Albert Wesker, respectively) will be back, but as you can see from the headline image, the trio will be joined by a female member of the cast.
As for who that certain someone is, much like the details of the video itself, Saullo is keeping it under wraps. Fans will immediately point to the woman being Jill Valentine’s actress, known as Inezh. Inezh was actually interviewed back in 2020 by fans, but has kept a low profile for much of this time. The other obvious possibility would be Rebecca Chambers’ actress, known as Linda. Like the rest of the cast, Capcom had hired the actors simply based on the convenience of them being in Japan at the time.
The Keeper’s Diary: A Biohazard Story, which debuted on June 30 on the Residence of Evil YouTube page, is available to watch for free, and has already earned 175,000 views since its launch.
