In the wake of four official teaser posters to kick off this morning, Netflix has now finally made the announcement of the hotly-anticipated “Stranger Things 4“ release date!
Interesting to note, “Stranger Things” Season 4 will be broken up into two separate parts, with Vol. 1 premiering on May 27, 2022. Vol. 2 will then arrive on Netflix on July 1, 2022.
“Stranger Things 4” is said to be “twice the length” of previous seasons, so this isn’t one season broken up into two parts. Essentially, we’re getting almost two full seasons here!
Here are some episode titles for “Stranger Things” Season 4, which provide us with some teaser suggestions: The Hellfire Club, Vecna’s Curse, The Monster and the Superhero, Dear Billy, The Nina Project, The Dive, The Massacre at Hawkins Lab, Papa, and The Piggyback.
What we know of Season 4 thus far is that Hopper is still alive, “imprisoned far from home in the snowy wasteland of Kamchatka, where he will face dangers both human…and other.”
“Meanwhile, back in the states, a new horror is beginning to surface, something long buried, something that connects everything….”
“Season 4 is shaping up to be the biggest and most frightening season yet, and we cannot wait for everyone to see more,” the Duffer Brothers had said back in February of last year.
Horror icon Robert Englund is playing Victor Creel in Season 4, a disturbed man who is imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for a gruesome murder in the 1950s.
