A sequel to the 2018 movie, The Nun II brought The Conjuring Universe back to the big screen last month, and the film has thus far scared up $257 million at the worldwide box office.
The sequel is now available for Digital rental ($19.99) and purchase ($24.99), and we’ve learned today that the new movie is also coming to the Max streaming service for Halloween.
The Nun II comes to Max on October 27, 2023.
The Nun II will later be haunting its way onto 4K and Blu-ray on November 14.
In The Nun II, now playing in theaters, “1956 – France. A priest is murdered. An evil is spreading. The sequel to the worldwide smash hit THE NUN follows SISTER IRENE as she once again comes face to face with the demonic force VALAK – THE DEMON NUN.”
Taissa Farmiga is back as Sister Irene, with Bonnie Aarons again playing the demonic nun known as Valak. Storm Reid (“Euphoria”) also joins the Conjuring Universe in this one.
Michael Chaves (Curse of La Llorona, Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It) directed The Nun II.
