Killer elves are on the prowl in the upcoming holiday horror movie There’s Something in the Barn, and Variety reports that the horror-comedy has been acquired in multiple territories ahead of its premiere at Fantastic Fest and Sitges.
There’s Something in the Barn is headed to Fantastic Fest next week before screening at Sitges Film Festival in October.
The excellent news is that you won’t have long to wait to check out this killer elves holiday horror movie: There’s Something in the Barn will release on November 10.
In the film from director Magnus Martens, “An American family fulfills their dream of returning to their roots after inheriting a remote cabin in the mountains of Norway. However, they are in for a big surprise. An elf with a nasty temper lives in the house’s barn. When the family starts to infuriate the creature, a raw and bloody struggle for survival ensues.”
Martin Starr, Amrita Acharia, and Jeppe Beck Laursen star in the Norwegian horror movie.

Martens is no stranger to genre fare; the filmmaker previously helmed episodes of “The Walking Dead: World Beyond,” “Fear the Walking Dead,” and “12 Monkeys.”
